Hold on, clearing the Infested Square IS the secret ending? I thought that was just the normal good ending. If that’s the secret ending, where’s the normal/good ending?

I completed the Odd Cathedral, but I'm confused as to what the point of the final expedition is if its not related to the secret ending. You get the key to the infested square in the second to last expedition, and the last one is just sending Scarlett to strangle the cult leader. My question is if I'm looking in the wrong place for the secret ending?

I know it has something to do with the odd cathedral ending but no matter what I send Scarlett with she always does the same thing. Am I looking in the wrong place, or am I missing something?

Is there an anti-save scum feature implemented, because when I try to fight the zombies in police station after healing the sergeant, I still get attacked and at the bottom it says, "Save Rolling Failed 'number'/10?

I think Amber is bugged right now. I try resting her and she won't heal up. And I know it's not infection damage.

You need to find and use the sword (yes you need to explore to find it) and kill it that way. After that any time you visit the Hospital, you get a guarenteed Medkit, though the pages will be blank for some glitchy reason. I still have zero idea where you're supposed to find Amber though. Unless I missed some area that I can explore.
